- Chop onion and bell peppers into bite size pieces. (By the way, red & green peppers are from my garden!)
- Take out beef strips from Ziploc bag, add flour and mix. (I'm using whole wheat flour.)
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Add chopped onions and color peppers and fry for about 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt.
- Add black pepper. (I'm using mixed pepper corns.)
- Add beef strips and fry few more minutes.
- Add remaining marinade sauce. (Yes, don't throw it away! You need this.)
- Add a little soy-sauce.
- Add a little sesame oil.
- Turn it off the heat, serve and enjoy!
